There are projects on the marketplace that practically fit the needs of arts and other majors e.g. English majors looking for communications, marketing, social sciences looking for community engagement, nonprofit organizational work. They don't have to be mutually exclusive, I was shown this layered wheel that a school uses to show project opportunities in different majors to help students and stakeholders see WIL as more equitable across the board. E.g. first layer of the wheel Arts --> Communications/Marketing/Grant Writing This will be easier to sell to the traditionally weaker Riipen subjects because we don't carry many "English projects" but English students want to do communications or marketing, and this will encourage them. It may also more easily capture programs
