Is there any way to get a consulate invoice itemizing all payments (with dates) with a total for each student? Post-project, employers often want to see what they have paid for the entire project, with deposit and withdrawal breakdowns per student. Is the only way to do this right now by adding up all the individual invoices? Not sure this feature is available yet.

Often partners are interested in employer reporting on a deeper level. Is it possible to add the following to the company tab of reporting? location unique VS non-unique Id also love a filter for companies that matched VS match request VS all companies I would also love the ability to have parent portals show the compiled reporting for subportals (perhaps a toggleable feature?) if this is possible. This is for consortium accounts and would save an enormous amount of manual reporting for us/the partner

When a match request is accepted by the employer, it would be great if the message/chat icon could visually “light up” or display a clear notification indicator so that we know we can move onto the next stage. The goal is to immediately draw the admins attention to the conversation so we know that the match request has been accepted by the employer.

Presently when you edit a project template (attached to an experience already, not within the project templates as a whole) when you finish, it lands you back to this type of URL: https://generalassembly.riipen.com/project_templates/jEzvN5zn Then the only link on that page after is to "project templates" which takes you to the library of templates here: https://generalassembly.riipen.com/search/project_templates Id love an option to go back to settings, similar to other settings changes, so we can more easily update templates instead of having to navigate through the pages again each time. Educators with the view-only role are currently unable to view the resources tied to an experience or those uploaded by the employer. This would be helpful for educators who do not need to be an admin but would like to see what the teams have access to.

Received this feedback from an employe saying she thinks we should do something about the send button (shown in her screenshot attached here) "So right at the bottom right on the send button is where the chat bot sits. Multiple times I go to click send and it exits the chat instead."

Currently, student teams cannot move forward with a project until every team member has signed their agreements. However, requiring 100% of the team to sign before anyone can proceed is creating a significant blocker at the beginning of experiences, especially during add/drop periods when team membership is still changing. Could we allow individual learners who have signed their agreements to move forward, even if other members of their team have not yet completed theirs? Ideally: Signed learner → gains project access → can connect with employer and begin participating Unsigned learner → remains blocked → gains access once agreements are signed

As a platform admin, I want reusable libraries for announcements and resources, similar to survey libraries, so I can quickly select the right template instead of copy-pasting or storing content on my desktop. The library should allow me to: Choose from pre-approved templates. Choose from my own saved templates. Quickly search and select the right content. Save content as a reusable template. Goal: Make creating announcements and resources faster, more consistent, and easier to manage.
