Worklog reports

I'd like to see reporting based around work logs at both the portal level and the experience level. I'd really like to see items such as:
- Total work log hours
- Average work log hours per [learner/team/project/experience]
- Average hours per entry
- Work log entries over time in a vertical bar chart showing work being done historically
etc. etc.
