Work Log Validation

It would be beneficial to have a quick checkbox for each worklog entry for employers or admins to quickly note that an entry has been validated.
This came up with Seneca, as they're interested in using Riipen for placements/internships. However, in some accredited programs, work logs need to be validated by the employer (for example, paralegal programs). Even more useful would be the ability to export the work log with this validation included as a column for each entry. This way, worklogs can be verified at a glance by experience admins or program coordinators to ensure students have met their accreditation requirements.

Are these unpaid programs? I'm asking because I wonder if invoicing hourly could be an option. With hourly invoices, when the employer approves the invoice they are being asked to approve the hours the student logged, as well

Jason Peng This one is a maybe. If we have their commitment we could build something, but any true approval workflow is not a small thing to build. Any sense of how committed they are? We have an interim option where employers do have the ability to leave a comment on any work log entry; they could use this and we could create a custom report for them including the comment on each entry.

Emily Masching It was mentioned in passing as a nice-to-have feature, but it's not specific feedback that is tied to an existing Experience. I can bring this up in our next meeting with Seneca about any upcoming plans to publish an Experience where this would be a difference-maker. I see it being a useful feature across other partners; not sure if there are more current examples from others.
