This one is two-fold:

Presently, when you import a project there is nothing in the employer email subject line to call attention to there being action required. I would love to see an update to the emails that say "Action Required: " or similar on the ones that prompt them to review a project, create an acct password, etc. We are seeing a lot of employers not click from emails in Ascent. This is especially true when it comes to reviewing a project because the project details can make the email so long, they do not always even scroll to the bottom.

As well, when viewing these as an educator, there is no easy way to tell if they have been claimed or not. I think having a flag on the match requests overview page to note they are unclaimed would be helpful.
