BTW I hope you can ask the developers to fix the platform a little. It's so difficult to keep track of applicants. There should be a notes and rating option beside each conversation so we can easily rank the students and make a decision. It's like stone ages now, I have to download pdf resumes, keep my own excel, go back and forth when they message, .... Also their resumes should be visible in the same page without need to download every time.
