Hi! Proposing to add the functionality to administer educator surveys directly within the Riipen platform. Currently, these surveys are handled through external tools (Typeform, Delighted, User Evidence, etc.,) which requires additional effort and reliance on external project management tools to ensure timely administration.
With this feature, surveys could:
  • Be auto added to experiences.
  • Include customizable deployment times (e.g., before the experience starts and after it ends).
  • Trigger auto-notifications to educators to ensure participation.
The key benefit of this feature would be a streamlined process to measure and analyze educator satisfaction with the platform and service levels, including metrics like ease of use and level of effort involved. Having this data in-platform would provide a centralized and efficient way to collect feedback and improve the educator experience.
This idea stems from the Riipen Advantage initiative, as we are actively working to evaluate educator satisfaction with experience service levels. In this instance, surveys would be administered per experience.
