Right now dealing with invoices in my own business outside of the Riipen platform is a bit of an issue. Invoices in the platform work great and the functionality works as expected, but it's hard to "take my invoices with me" into my business.
Specifically:
  • No easy way to download a usable invoice - can't screenshot invoice if it's longer than a screen. Can't download invoice without it getting mangaled by the browser print page functionality.
  • Payment details. It's not easy to discern the FuturePath / portal payment vs my own company's payment. Visually they look the same when you are looking at the payment page
  • When I receive an invoice in an email - it is not an invoice - nothing attached - which is fine - I'll log in - but as mentioned when you click through the email there is no download option. Would be nice to have an attachment here as well.
