I am hoping we can create an additional payments help article (or amendment to the ones we have) that will clarify for learners when and how to contact Stripe.

An example of this is if they entered their banking information, but Stripe says it is incorrect, we cannot support them other than asking them to update it, and if they insist it is correct, they need to contact stripe. Generally they want us to explain exactly how to do that. It is making for a lot of back and forth in intercom and would be alleviated by a help article we could easily share that links to stripe's support site and highlights their chat feature and FAQ, as well as gives a clear understanding of the things within riipens control and the things that are not, eliminating confusion.
