Export matches info

Often, educators want to include their students on the matchmaking, and they struggle to share project links, since the links on the requests tab are private.
The workaround, it's to teach the educators how to find the public link for the projects, and this explanation is often met with some degree of frustration due to the extra amount of clicks needed.
I'd like to propose for us to add an export button on the request tab. This button should allow the use to export the request activity content including: project name, company name, sender, and (the most important info) the project link.
Would that be possible?

Karina This would be possible but it needs some thinking as if we're only sharing the public project links they won't include any match revisions, so it would be an incomplete picture for the recipient. It would be nice if we could actually share the request itself.
One option is that we could add a custom role permission for viewing but not managing requests on an experience, so that when they invite learners to the experience the learners could access the requests tab (but not any accept/decline option, and not conversations).
Thoughts?

Emily Masching: this option is an alternative for sure. We'd need to test it out internally to see what the process looks like, and then invite the educators to try it. My assumption is that some of them (or many) wouldn't be so excited about inviting the students into Riipen. CS has been pushing this CTA but we're encountering resistance. But we can try it out, and see if there is perspective to promote it as a matchmaking option. I will bring this topic to the CS team on our meeting tmr, and share further feedback with you.

Hi Emily Masching, the CS team liked the option to create a custom role for the students, but I'm wondering if it must be one option or the other; could we explore both solutions?
I'm currently having convos with educators asking which solution better suits their needs and collecting feedback so we can prioritize our actions. Once I have more info, I will let you know what the educators preferences are. I'm reaching out particularly to Conestoga educators since they are the ones showing the higher interest in enabling students to participate in the project search. I will keep you posted on the outcome of this discussion, so we can discuss next steps.
Many thanks for your help and openness

Karina: By both options do you mean both export and custom role to log in and view? Export is unfortunately really messy from an implementation side of things, I'd be hesitant to suggest it because it would be quite challenging for us to do.
Edit to add: if we just exported project links this wouldn't be that difficult, I just don't love that solution as it doesn't capture any content changes submitted in the match request wizard or after the fact.
