As an employer, if I have accepted an application for a team but they haven't started the project yet, I should be able to "cancel" the team if I change my mind about working with them.

How often do teams drop out or the an employer drops out in paid programs before the team start date?

Shokoufeh Moradi this is an every day occurrence. Typically it's that life either gets in the way and employer or student are unable to continue, or if it is a poor fit, and the employer/team are not able to work together.
