As a portal administrator, I want an easy way to bulk remove users from my portal. I'd like this to include:
  1. If my portal uses SSO via SAML, I'd like to be able to see a SLO url provided in my portal's SAML metadata https://sandbox.riipen.com/auth/saml/metadata that I can issue a request to to log out a user.
1.a I'd like s setting in my portal settings for SSO that specifies what happens when this URL is hit. I'd like the two options to be: log the user out only, remove them from the portal.
  1. I'd like to be able to import a CSV of user email addresses which when imported removes any user with that email address from the portal.
