As a portal administrator, I'd like the ability to suspend a member of my portal (learner or educator) instead of just having to delete them. There are a lot of reasons for this but the top ones are: keeping their data visible, being able to reactivate later rather than re-invite, keeping their data intact on re-activation.

If a member was suspended, I'd expect them to not have access to my portal's subdomain at all in the UI.

In terms of learners and their experience and team members, and educators and their experience membership, I think there are two options: don't change anything, or suspend their access to those items as well (possibly make it read only).
