Hello!

As a learner, I'd love to be able to chat with my team without the employer present in the chat. This will avoid excess notifications or unnecessary context for the employer and give the teams a workspace that is on-platform, eliminating the need for them to use a third-party app.

This will also give Riipen admins/partners a way to monitor learner engagement if complaints of participation arise amongst the group.

Since we could have up to three chats at any given time on a project page, I also think a highlight colour/flag on each one could be beneficial to help differentiate visually.
