Adding a star option on the platform under Requests for Admin users
I am wondering if, on an Experience page under Requests, there could be an option to mark a request with a star (or similar icon). This would allow us, while vetting employers and sharing their projects with the EDSMs, to easily identify which pending requests have already been vetted and shared.
I think this could also be helpful on the EDSM side, giving the admins a quick visual overview of which employer projects have already been vetted and shared.

Hi Carrie Kauffeldt! We’d love some more insight into the current process for EDSMs reviewing and sharing requests with educators. What steps do they follow when a new request arrives? Is it ever accepted or declined right away? We’re also curious whether the team uses the notes feature to communicate decisions, or if this process mostly happens outside the platform.

Barkha Patel - Hi Barkha. When a new request arrives, the ESAM academic team reviews it to determine project fit. If it is not a good fit they will cancel or decline right away. If it is a good fit they will move into the vetting process and if the vetting is successful this is where we "share" the project in hubspot for the EM's (EDSM) to share with the educator. We would like to replace the sharing in hubspot with this platform feature of "staring" vetted projects. Then if the educator likes it and they have a successful meeting with the employer, they will accept it. We will not use notes as it is not easy to access on one page to view the project that has been vetted. In addition, this information is then available to all experience page admins and we would like to keep the starred/vetted project information available for Riipen admins only.
