Add filter to look for hours of work

The educator is looking for a project that is 240 hours. They can filter the results by "longest", but that does not give them the time they're looking for. The educator would like to see a filter to look for a range of hours it will take to complete a project.

I have 4 co-op experiences open at the moment which require a minimum of 420 hours. This type of filter would help in the project search for co-ops. (Betty Schoemaker at Fanshawe)

Emily Masching hi Emily, this has come up with Seneca today as they're looking to post internships on the platform. The easiest way to filter through for appropriate projects would be to filter projects with a large number of hours, since not all projects explicitly include 'internship'.
