Feature Requests

As a Riipen user, we should be able to share the Riipen achievements directly to Linkedin or any preferred social media platform. Context: Requested by a DM @MacEwan University, and other educators who we have been sharing the achievements feature with. At MacEwan - https://macewan.riipen.com/edu/portal/achievements they are using the achievements to build out competencies for their student to attain as they work through their Riipen journey, they would love for the students/community partners to be able to share these directly with their networks.

Currently there is almost no way in the platform to see if a user has a pending date change request. We should add tasks and activities to be able to see historical changes to start/end dates as well as action pending date change requests from the user's dashboard

We used to be able to filter by Company Employees (Company Size), under the same filter attached below. Can we please enable that filter again. It helps educators who are looking for more established companies identify them.

When educators create an experience, in the learner's tab, under the "program code" can we edit the wording "Your academic program's code or number - usually the course code used at your institution, or Applied Research Code or Identifier"? This is coming from a partner at Bow Valley College, they are going to centralize and mandate WIL across campus, and want to be able to have a place where instructors can identify if their experience is an Applied Research Project. Is it possible to update that tag line of have a place where instructors can easily identify on their experience page whether their course is an applied research project easily? They also suggested a dropdown perhaps asking if "applied research - yes or no" Partner - https://bowvalleycollege.riipen.com

Right now, when I snooze a task, I basically completely loose sight of it. I won't ever see it again until it comes out of its snooze. I'd like some way of being able to find / see my snoozed tasks.

As an employer or educator, I'd like to be able to archive projects or experiences. All I envision this doing would be default hiding them from pages where experiences / projects are listed like: My experiences / projects Company projects Portal projects And then I could have a filter that says "Show archived projects / experiences" if I want to find them again. This is all just to help keep things more organized for me and the company / portal educators and employers.

As an employer, I would like the portals in my portal switcher and on my portals tab to be displayed initially in alphabetical order. This will help me find the one I am looking for faster.

As an employer, when I am looking at my dashboard or really anywhere that shows me tables of information which have a state like pending, accpeted, declined, etc, I would like to only see the pending items by default. This helps me see which items require my attention right away as oppose to seeing the history of the other items I've dealt with previously. I'd specifically like to see this for team applications as the main one but I think it is also applicable to things like invites. Perhaps a user level setting can be applied so that I can set it to pending by default but maybe other users want to see all items by default.

As an employer, I'd like to see which company I have active at any given time, and easily switch between them.

I had calls with employers who showed interested in collaborating with a particular school or even a particular educator. When the experience is yet not created on the platform, they'd need to be checking from time to time on the school page or educator page to see if the desired experience is live. What if we create a notification bell that would allow users to be notified when a new experience is created under a particular school or educator profile? I think the educators could also benefit from this if they have the ability to be notified when a project from a company they are interested in is made available. For the project notification can be tricky thou because a project can be closed and reopen, so not necessarily it has to be newly created. But if the interested educator could be then notified when the project is reopened and created as well, that could be useful. PS: I see a stronger demand from the employer side (wanting to know when an experience is posted). From the educator side, that could be more like a good to have and less prioritized as well if you need to choose between one or the other.
